Naruto Madness

Publicerad 2012-06-17 14:51:00 i Nerd Mode

Hullo there my naked penguins,

I just had to go into nerd mode as soon as I saw these pictures I'm going to show you down below, because come on, how could you not as a true Naruto fan?

Personally I am one to have liked Namikaze Minato even since before we knew he was Naruto's biological father. When Uzumaki Kushina took a step into the front light I started to like her as well. I can honestly admit I don't like her as much as I like Minato, but damn, she's one badarse mother.

I bet you've heard about the latest Naruto film if you're reading this with interest. It's the sixth Shippūden films (ninth overall) and its release date is about two weeks away in Japan: Naruto: Road to Ninja.

But what's it about? I've gathered some information left and right and I believe I've come across some rather decent sources and most of them agree on what I'm about to tell you. Haruno Sakura and Uzumaki Naruto are supposedly thrown into an alternate reality; a reality that was created by Tobi so it's not real, but who cares as long as we get to see baby Naruto with his parents, right?

The pictures that have been released (drawn by Tetsuya Nishio mind you) may or may not be animated, we don't know. Nevertheless, it gives the fans a small taste of what life could have been like for Naruto growing up with parents.

I’ve seen some scans of Sasuke and Hinata as well and damn… they’re so different, but I can help but like them. Sasuke’s actually acting like a kid and Hinata’s got self-confidence. I’m the opposite of a SasuSaku and NaruHina fan, so I sincerely hope Sasuke won’t hit on Sakura, and that Hinata will keep her flashing away from Naruto.

She's fucking scary if anything... at least we got to know why she was flashing her assests on the first poster.

Something I'm personally wondering about is whether or not there will be two Narutos and two Sakuras running around on screen, or if they're going to take their counter parts’ places in this alternate reality. Perhaps it's merely something they can watch and not participate in, or maybe Tobi's merely messing with (mostly) Naruto, giving him a life filled with love to later on take it away.

All the same, I just can't fucking wait for this movie to be released, the only downside of it being that it would be released outside of Japan until next year (kill me now).

Cheers.

Baby sis' graduation day

Publicerad 2012-06-15 11:42:00 i Nerd Mode

Hullo there my naked penguins,

My sister graduated today. I actually was about to write about it yesterday, but then I made that entry into an 'only foods' kind of entry and then I forgot about it, so if I had written about it yesterday, it would have looked something like this:

"...I bought my sister some presents today. It's her secondary school graduation."

I got her "Portal II", "Masseffect" and "Angry Birds Rio". She fell in utter like with the former two. I bet she's going to play Portal II non-stop until it either crives her crazy (as it's not exactly an easy game') or me crazy (she tends to use her keyboard when handling her anger).

I think the worst part is that I'm just as into games as she is, but never do I play anything outside of Minecraft and online games. I'm such a failure of a gamer.

Cheers.

Not So Healthy Food

Hullo there my naked penguins,

So, I hung out with some friends downtown at a café and not only did I get a hell of a lot of chocolate from two of the guys, but we're currently planning on having a bigger event where we'll meet up and do some fun stuff. I'm desperate for social closure to people.

Now, why did I get chocolate from two guys? I helped them ace a mathematics test, that's why. I'm bloody brilliant, I know.

Cheers.

Travelling to the South and Back

Publicerad 2012-06-03 14:07:00 i Travelling From South to North

Hullo there my naked penguins,

I had the opportunity to be a part of a rather... intense trip with a friend of mine. Apparently the company my father work for had arranged an aerial display in the southern parts of our country. I decided to go. I like aeroplanes.

Of course my father was one of the people I travelled with, but my other companion was this friend of mine from school. To be more exact, my Babouska. The trip there was not that much of a chock-a-block, because we travelled there by train in a couchette (it's a compartment on a European passenger train, and it usually contains 4-6 berths for sleeping; ours had six). We played some truth and dare while drinking orange pop and eating chocolate.
When we woke up the next day, we were off to the aerial display. I've got to say that it was a bit more exciting than I thought it would be. Planes from so many different years and helicopters that made me think of Avatar (with thiose blue aliens you know, directed by James Cameron. Yeah, not the last air bender...)
After spending the entire day there, with food, aeroplanes, a lecture held by the first Swedish female on Mt Everest, windy weather and random moments of insanity, it was time to head home again.

We also found some time alone in the bistro, and with the obvious help of sugar, Ruff and I started counting McDonalds restaurants, Max restaurants, rape fields, animals, lakes, you-name-it. We also got our hands on som Yatzy. Guess who won?
It was a brilliant trip and I really enjoyed it. Perhaps not only because of everything it coantained, but because I like to break free from my every day life and do something different once in a while. It's always fun to randomly travel by train for six hours and then watch planes from the 30's fly in the sky once more, isn't it?

Cheers.

I like strawberries and Naruto. A combination of the two works just fine. I blog about random shit when I've got the time for it. Food, games, trips and series. Anything that interests me.
